The Starkey Ranch, Odessa, and Trinity team of 76 FENCE Tampa — owner-operated by Tom & Kate Donnelly.
Starkey Fence is part of 76 FENCE Tampa, a locally owned 76 FENCE location run by Tom & Kate Donnelly. We build fences for families in Starkey Ranch, Odessa, Keystone, Cheval, and Trinity.
Most of the fences we build out here have a simple job: give kids and dogs a safe place to play, keep the pool secure, and look good to the neighbors and the HOA. In Odessa and Keystone, it's often bigger properties with longer fence lines and wider gates.
The national 76 FENCE network gives us training and supplier relationships; being owner-run means there's always someone accountable for your project.
Tom spent over 20 years in information technology for the finance and banking industries, as a principal engineer and a leader of global teams. Today he puts that planning and problem-solving to work designing fences that fit each family's yard.
Kate spent over 20 years as a federal intelligence analyst and holds a master's degree. She keeps HOA paperwork, permits, and scheduling organized so your project moves along smoothly.
